Important: the report can miss issues and never says a label "is compliant". Results are "no issues found against the checklist", "issues found" or "needs expert review". You remain responsible for your labels. Liability is limited to the fee paid.
What it checks
- Food (21 CFR 101): identity, net quantity (placement, type size, dual units), ingredients order, the 9 major allergens including sesame, name and place of business, Nutrition Facts format, English, country of origin. Claims are flagged for expert review.
- Cosmetics (21 CFR 701, 740; MoCRA): identity, net contents, ingredient order and names, required warnings, name and place of business, English, MoCRA U.S. contact. Drug-like claims are flagged.
- FCC labels (47 CFR 2.925, 2.935, 2.1077): FCC ID format and placement or e-label conditions, SDoC information, and whether the FCC ID exists for your grantee.
- Not covered yet: dietary supplement Supplement Facts, drug and medical device labels.
