Privacy Policy
US Agent Desk LLC collects the business and contact data needed to act as your FDA U.S. Agent, processes it in the United States, and never sells it. If you are in the EU, UK or another country with data-protection law, you have rights to access, correct, delete and object, described below.

Data we collect
- Contact data: names, business emails, phone numbers of your staff
- Company data: facility addresses, owners, DUNS/UFI, FEI, registration numbers, product information
- Owner identity data needed for sanctions screening
- Messages you send us, and FDA communications about you
- Billing data, handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
- Website data: cookie-free aggregate analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and a sign-in cookie for the portal
Why we use it (legal bases)
- To perform our contract with you (acting as U.S. Agent, preparing data, reminders)
- To meet legal obligations (U.S. sanctions screening, records)
- Our legitimate interests (service security, improving the service, contacting businesses about FDA requirements that apply to them, with an opt-out in every message)
- Your consent, where required (for example, marketing in some countries)
Who receives it
FDA, when your officer names us as U.S. Agent or FDA contacts us about you; our processors: Cloudflare (hosting, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (phone), Google Workspace (email), Anthropic (AI processing of text, without training on your data), our e-signature provider, and contracted regulatory professionals bound by confidentiality. We never sell personal data.
International transfers
We process data in the United States. For transfers from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) with our processors, or on the necessity of the transfer to perform your contract. You may request a copy of the safeguards.
Retention
We keep client records for the term of service plus 6 years, leads for up to 24 months after last contact, and opt-out records indefinitely so we can honor them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email privacy@usagentdesk.com; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, magic-link sign-in, least-privilege access, and audit logs of FDA-related actions.
Cookies
We use only a strictly necessary sign-in cookie and cookie-free analytics. No advertising or tracking cookies.
