US Agent Desk Get started

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of usagentdesk.com and the services of US Agent Desk LLC, a Texas company. Your signed U.S. Agent agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms. We provide U.S. Agent and registration support services, not legal advice, and we are not affiliated with FDA.

Last updated: October 21, 2026.

1. Services

We act as your FDA U.S. Agent for the facilities named in your agreement, prepare registration and listing data for your company's officer to submit, relay FDA communications, monitor public FDA data, and send reminders. Your company remains responsible for the accuracy of its submissions, for filing with FDA, for paying FDA fees and for complying with FDA requirements.

2. What we do not do

We do not give legal advice, guarantee any FDA outcome (including registration acceptance, 510(k) clearance or admission of shipments), issue registration certificates, or submit filings to FDA without your officer's action.

3. Eligibility and sanctions screening

We screen each client and its owners against the U.S. Treasury OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list. We may decline, suspend or end service where U.S. law requires, or where a possible match cannot be cleared.

4. Fees, renewal and cancellation

Plans are billed yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each year unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid term. Fees already paid for the current term are not refunded except where required by law. FDA fees are separate and paid by you to FDA.

5. Ending the agent role

When service ends, we send instructions for naming a new U.S. Agent and may notify FDA that we no longer serve as your U.S. Agent, as your agreement allows.

6. Your obligations

Give us accurate, complete information, tell us about changes within 14 days, and keep a reachable contact. Do not use our name for anything other than the U.S. Agent designation.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for FDA actions.

8. Governing law

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your agreement says otherwise.
