U.S. Customs resident agent for companies from Germany
A company from Germany that imports into the United States under its own name as importer of record needs, as a nonresident corporation, a resident agent in each port state to accept service of process, and a bond with a resident corporate surety (19 CFR 141.18). We serve as that resident agent from $400 per year.

Who needs it
